Adam Maurer is an Associate of the firm where his practice concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation, hospitality law, and product liability with a particular emphasis on the food and beverage industry. Mr. Maurer served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas N. Lyons, Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division, for the 2007-2008 Term. He joined the law firm of Coughlin Duffy LLP in September 2008.
