Sharmila D. Iazzetti is an Associate of the firm and her practice concentrates in corporate, real estate and business transactions. Ms. Iazzetti served as judicial clerk to the Honorable John B. Dangler, J.S.C., Civil Division for the 2002-2003 Term. From October 2006 until June 2010, Ms. Iazzetti was associated with the Commercial Transactions and Real Estate Department of Mandelbaum, Salsburg, Gold, Lazris & Discenza, P.C. Additional prior experience includes Associate status at Nowell Amoroso Klein Bierman, P.A. and O’Brien, Liotta, Mandel & Kupfer, LLP. She joined Coughlin Duffy LLP in June 2010.
