Linda S. Strauss is an Associate in the New York office of Coughlin Duffy LLP where she concentrates in insurance defense litigation. Ms. Strauss was formerly associated with Nicoletti, Gonson, Spinner & Owen, LLP where she practiced in the insurance defense arena and focused on matters involving labor law issues, automobile cases, and premises liability. Ms. Strauss has also been involved in several product liability matters, representing manufacturers and distributors in matters involving beauty products, floor finishers, and lighters. Ms. Strauss has experience with toxic torts, including lead paint and mold. She served as the law clerk to the Honorable Garry S. Rothstadt, Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County, Criminal Part and the Honorable Burrell I. Humphreys, Superior Court of New Jersey, Passaic County, Civil Part for the 2002-2003 Term. Ms. Strauss joined the firm in June 2008
