Marc Perrone is an Associate of the firm where he concentrates on commercial, insurance coverage and reinsurance litigation. Mr. Perrone has substantial experience with complex coverage disputes arising under a spectrum of commercial insurance policies including General Liability, Errors & Omissions, Directors & Officers, Employment Practices, Securities Claims and Excess/Umbrella coverages. Mr. Perrone also has significant experience litigating and managing sophisticated claims including Class Action, Pharmaceutical Mass-Tort, Antitrust, and Shareholder Derivative lawsuits.
Mr. Perrone has also successfully represented insurers in complex Environmental and Toxic Tort insurance coverage disputes concerning exposure to asbestos, silica, diacetyl, lead paint and the World Trade Center First Responder Litigation.
As detailed below, Mr. Perrone has authored numerous articles concerning current issues in insurance coverage and complex litigation which have been published in a variety of prestigious academic and professional journals. While in law school Mr. Perrone clerked at the United States Attorney’s Office, W.D.N.Y., where he worked directly with the Chief of Civil Litigation.
