Attorneys Associates Peter B. Fallon Associate
Practice Areas: Corporate and Business Transactions Peter Fallon has extensive trial and appellate experience in the state and federal courts in both New York and New Jersey. In addition he also has a great deal of experience representing clients in a variety of corporate and business transactions, including business acquisition, sales and formation agreements, corporate buy-outs and re-structuring transactions as well as general corporate representation for clients in a variety of industries from financial services to high tech and low tech manufacturing industries. From 1979 to 1989 he was associated with the firm of Barrett Smith Schapiro Simon & Armstrong in New York City where he practiced in a group that did both litigation and corporate work. From 1989 to 1994 he was associated with the firm of Sills Cummis Epstein & Gross where he specialized in Surety matters and handled a variety of litigation and debt work-out and re-structuring transactions. Thereafter he started his own practice where he represented clients in both commercial litigation matters and in corporate and business transactions. Mr. Fallon joined the firm in September 2006.
