Steven D. Cantarutti

Steven Cantarutti is an Associate of the firm specializing in insurance and reinsurance coverage matters, which include claims arising from products liability, environmental, mass toxic torts, and bankruptcy cases.  Mr. Cantarutti has particular experience in complex coverage actions involving latent bodily injury claims due to exposure from asbestos, chemicals, lead, and silica.  In 2002, he served as a litigation associate for the law firm of Hardin, Kundla, McKeon, Poletto & Polifroni, P.A., where he focused his practice on insurance coverage, insurance defense, and professional liability.  In 2004, he joined the law firm of Smith, Stratton, Wise, Heher & Brennan, LLP, where he worked on matters involving insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes, commercial litigation, civil litigation defense, and insurance fraud.  He joined the law firm of Coughlin Duffy, LLP in July, 2011.
