Conor Mulcahy is an Associate of the firm where he specializes in commercial litigation and insurance and reinsurance services. He also has experience defending insureds in premises liability and other personal injury matters. He was a member of the legal team that obtained a favorable insurance coverage decision in Polarome International, Inc. vs. Greenwich Insurance Co., 404 N.J. Super. 241 (App. Div. 2008), an important case that clarified the end of the continuous-trigger period for continuous, progressive diseases.
Mr. Mulcahy served as law clerk to the Honorable Thomas P. Olivieri, Superior Court of New Jersey, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division, General Equity, Hudson County, for the 2005-2006 Term. He joined the law firm of Coughlin Duffy LLP in September 2006.
