Mary Jean Barnes is an Associate of the Firm and her practice concentrates in corporate and business transactions, real estate and land use, and banking. Ms. Barnes served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Frederick C. Kentz, Jr. and the Honorable John M. Boyle, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, for the 1995-1996 Term. From 2001 until 2006, Ms. Barnes was associated with the Corporate and Estate Department of Purcell, Ries, Shannon, Mulcahy & O'Neill. She joined Coughlin Duffy LLP in March 2006.
