Sally Clements is an Associate of the firm specializing in insurance and reinsurance coverage matters concerning environmental and asbestos, professional liability and financial institution claims with a particular emphasis on claims involving complex allocation and aggregation issues. Ms. Clements served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Robert F. Mahon, Chancery Division – Family Part, Hunterdon County, New Jersey, for the 1992-1993 Term. In 1993, she joined the law firm of Hurley & Vasios, P.A. where she focused on environmental and insurance defense litigation. There she represented municipalities in significant landfill contribution actions and oversaw remediation of residential storage tank spills. From 1994 until 1997, she served as a Claim Specialist for Envision Claims Management Corporation where she managed environmental, toxic tort and asbestos claims and coverage actions in the Declaratory Judgment and Major Claims Units. Thereafter, she became associated with the Insurance Services Department of McElroy, Deutsch & Mulvaney, LLP for three years where she represented insurers in environmental declaratory judgment actions. She joined the Firm in March, 2006.
