Lorna A. Dotro is Of Counsel to the firm. Her practice concentrates in the areas of pharmaceutical and medical device litigation in Federal and State courts in New Jersey and in several other jurisdictions. The emphasis of her practice is in product liability and mass tort claims, including class actions and multi-district Federal litigation. Ms. Dotro has also represented a number of pharmaceutical sales and marketing clients in a wide spectrum of litigation and commercial matters. She also represents many of these clients in employment and ERISA related matters.

Ms. Dotro served as the law clerk to the Honorable Carol E. Higbee, J.S.C., Superior Court, Law Division, Atlantic County for the 1997-1998 Term. She joined McElroy Deutsch & Mulvaney LLP in 1999 and Coughlin Duffy LLP at its inception in March 2004.
