George Kelman is a Member of the Firm and his practice concentrates in commercial litigation, appellate work, pharmaceutical and product liability. construction law, insurance and personal injury defense. Mr. Kelman served as a Wolcott Fellowship law clerk for the Honorable E. Norman Vessey, Chief Justice of the Delaware Supreme Court for the 1993-1994 Term. He was formerly associated with the law firm of McElroy, Deutsch & Mulvaney, LLP where he remained until 2004. He joined Coughlin Duffy LLP at its inception in March 2004.
