Mark Silver is an Associate of the firm and his practice concentrates on pharmaceutical litigation, products liability, and premises liability. Mr. Silver served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Joyce E. Munkacsi, Superior Court of New Jersey and the Honorable Deborah J. Venezia, Superior Court of New Jersey for the 2000-2001 Term. From September 2001 to July 2004, Mr. Silver was associated with the law firm of Daller Greenberg & Dietrich where he handled pharmaceutical litigation, premises liability, products liability, and class action matters in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
