Timothy Smith is a Partner of the firm. He practices in the areas of products liability, construction defect, premises liability, pharmaceutical and mass tort litigation, insurance coverage, commercial litigation, employers’ liability, and workers’ compensation. His appellate practice encompasses a wide range of casualty, commercial, and employment litigation. In 1993-94, Mr. Smith was a law clerk to the Honorable Robert L. Clifford of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Thereafter, he joined McElroy, Deutsch & Mulvaney, LLP, where he ultimately served as Of Counsel. He joined Coughlin Duffy LLP as a Member at its inception in March 2004.
