Kevin Wolff is a Founding Partner of Coughlin Duffy LLP. His practice concentrates in the areas of insurance and reinsurance coverage, including general liability, property, environmental, employment, errors and omissions, directors and officers, marine, technology matters and also represents parties in commercial litigation matters. Mr. Wolff’s insurance and reinsurance practice is limited to the representation of insurers and reinsurers, and he has been involved in many complex insurance and reinsurance matters involving diverse issues like coverage of asbestos and environmental liabilities, coverage of professional liabilities, coverage of employment liabilities and bad faith.  He also counsels and advises clients on the drafting of policy language, contracts and agreements.

Mr. Wolff was a Member of McElroy, Deutsch & Mulvaney, LLP from December 1990 to March 2004. Prior thereto, he was a Partner with Morgan Melhuish Monaghan Arvidson Abrutyn & Lisowski from September 1981 to November 1990.
