Steven J. Luckner was recently selected by the New Jersey Law Journal as one of New Jersey's "Top 40 Under 40," a distinctive list of promising young professionals in New Jersey's legal community. Mr. Luckner represents employers in federal, state, and administrative courts throughout the United States. His practice focuses on the defense of cases involving allegations of wrongful discharge, sexual harassment, age, race, sex, religious, disability discrimination, whistle-blower, and other statutory claims. Mr. Luckner also has experience in the defense of wage and hour claims under both the Federal Fair Labor Standards Act and various state laws. In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Luckner routinely advises human resource professionals, in-house counsel, and business owners on day-to-day employment issues including leaves of absence, reasonable accommodations, reductions-in-force, and employee discipline.
