Litigation Holds in the Electronic Information Age

In continuation of our breakfast series on electronically stored information, Coughlin Duffy LLP will host "Litigation Holds in the Electronic Information Age." This breakfast seminar will provide practical information to in-house counsel, human resource professionals, risk managers and IT managers to meet your company's legal obligations in preserving electronic information in employment litigation.

Leslie A. Lajewski, Esq. and Steven J. Luckner, Esq. will discuss the steps to be taken when instituting a litigation hold and in monitoring the hold once it is in place. Specific attention will be given to the "who, what, where and when" which must be answered to implement a successful litigation hold. They will also identify common pitfalls and provide ways in which to avoid and, when necessary, correct mishaps in carrying out a litigation hold.
